1- General

1-1 To be able to use TOCOOP, account must be opened.
1-2 Minimum age for opening an account is 16 years.

2- Invest Card

2-1 For start you should join a invest card. You can join your friend's card or any other Tocoop members.
2-2 You should invite specified number of people to join your invest card.
2-3 If you buy a invest card, you can not change it.
2-4 You can buy one or more than one invest card at the same time.

3- Payment

3-1 Payment methods for pay in are: Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, Paypal and pay out: Paypal, MoneyGram and Western Union.
3-2 Payments are not refundable.
3-3 TOCOOP finance department may take up to seven business days in order to process the withdrawal.

4- Privacy

4-1 You can lock / unlock your invest card. your friends by knowing your invest card code, can have access to your private invest card.
4-2 You can make your profile private / public by going to setting section.
4-3 TOCOOP will not have ads and will not sell your data.

5- Intellectual property

5-1 You agree that all copyright, trademarks, designs, text, photographs, videos, images and graphics, look and structure, of TOCOOP, database rights and all other intellectual property rights relating to the TOCOOP and its contents (including the software) are and will remain our or our licensors’ property.
5-2 You also agree and acknowledge that the material and content contained within the TOCOOP is made available for your personal non-commercial use and that any other use of such material and content is not permitted.

6- Changes

6-1 We may make changes to this Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use from time to time to ensure that you agree with it and your continued use of the TOCOOP will be deemed to be your acceptance of any changes that we make.
